Polarion ALM is a fully integrated web-based ALM platform supporting Java development. It'sbuilt atop several open source frameworks and systems that include Eclipse, Subversion, Apache, and Maven. The deeply integrated tool set manages all major aspects of the application lifecycle. Subversion is used to store all development artifacts (not just source code), and is leveraged to provide real-time reports on the actual status of any project, or all projects.
