Help Translate Eclipse!

Eclipse has a new project called Babel that serves the purpose of allowing the community to help translate Eclipse.
If you look at relative progress in terms of translation (the top 4), the French are doing really well:

It would be fun to see Eclipse in Hebrew (contributed a few translations).
IMHO there is no point translating JDT/PDE/examples strings (don't know how it works with other languages), so maybe a better organization of the page according to a sub-project could be useful.
